Not only is an at-home workout excuse-proof, since it’s free, it will only cost you calories! Check out this full-body circuit workout that fits in your living room. It takes about 20 minutes to do, and other than a chair, it requires no props. Instructions: After warming up with light cardio for five minutes, repeat each three-exercise circuit twice, resting for 60 seconds after completing one rep of an entire circuit. I started practicing yoga about two years ago, and it changed my life in so many ways: yoga changed how I run, it helped with my anxiety, and it even redirected the course of my career, playing a huge role in how I ended up here at POPSUGAR as a fitness editor. The practice of yoga can totally be a metaphor for life off the mat – like when certain things come super easily for some people, but they’re totally challenging for you, leading you to feel crazy frustrated (sound familiar?). This was the case for me and headstand. I’ve been enviously watching friends make progress, while I flailed around with my legs (sort of) in the air, but nowhere[…]

Hi there! We’re Hedy Phillips and Dominique Astorino, POPSUGAR Living and Fitness editors, respectively. We both got the chance to test out the brand-new Lululemon Enlite Bra at different workouts to see how it fits, feels, looks, and performs on two different body types. Hedy Phillips: I admittedly live in my Lululemon pants but am not one for working out a whole lot. Aside from just not enjoying many types of workouts (except dancing – I will do all the dancing), working out just makes me uncomfortable because it hurts my chest so much. I don’t have huge boobs, by any means, but they’re big enough that they make me uncomfortable, especially when I run. I’ve tried a variety of[…]

C9 Champion Focus ($37) We came across these C9 Champion training sneakers at Target and did a double take – those look familiar! If you’re thinking the same thing, it’s because they’re strikingly similar to APL’s popular TechLoom Pro; it’s essentially a direct knockoff, for less than one quarter of the price. C9 Champion’s Focus sneaker comes in at $37 (with a sale style in blue at $18), compared to the $160 price tag at APL. Our team at POPSUGAR got to try “the SoulCycle of yoga” at Ritual Hot Yoga in San Francisco. The high-powered class was one of my favorite yoga practices to date for a number of reasons. For one, the heated class is set in the dark, so even if your face is a faucet of sweat, you’re not worried about it. Mats were rolled out for us, as well as full-size and face towels. Instructors were in different parts of the room so you could have visual cues, while one instructor guided us through the flow verbally. During Savasana, instructors give neck and shoulder massages, while placing cold lavender towels over your eyes and face (yes, I’m serious). But that’s not[…]

We knew APL sneakers were on the expensive side, with our beloved rose gold running shoes coming in hot at $185 . . . but that’s just the tip of the luxury-footwear iceberg. Painted in literal 24K gold on “Nile crocodile skin,” these “handmade in Italy” sneakers are the footwear equivalent of printing your bank statement and taping it to your feet like wrapping paper – but classier (maybe).
